I’m a lifelong mover, maker, and learner. After 30 years as an art educator working with students from kindergarten to adults, I followed a new creative path into yoga—first as a way to balance the intensity of dance and long-distance running, and eventually as something much deeper. What started as a counterbalance became a source of healing, strength, and transformation I hadn’t expected. Now, with almost 300 hours of yoga teacher training, I bring decades of experience in body awareness, creativity, and education into every class. My approach is grounded, accessible, and rooted in the belief that yoga meets you where you are—at any age or stage. Whether you’re brand new to the mat or looking to deepen your practice, I’m here to help you feel strong, steady, and at home in your body.
