Chere Jones

Chere is an energetic, athletic, and strong part of the Halifax Yoga team! With a background in gymnastics, cheerleading, soccer, swimming, track, and body building she comes from a well-rounded foundation. Chere brings her energy and enthusiasm into her yoga practice and teaching, with a mantra of “challenge and honor your bodies”.

In addition to Chere’s 200HR Yoga Teacher Training certificate she also has training in Yin, prenatal, and teaching cycle classes. With classes like “warm power follow,” “mom and baby,” and “kids yoga,” on the Halifax Yoga schedule you are likely to see this small and powerful yogi spreading her joy around the studio.
