Kate is a 200 HR Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) dedicated to teaching yoga through a strengths-based, compassionate, and empowerment-focused lens. Originally drawn to yoga for the physicality of the practice, it was the mental benefits that inspired her to deepen her practice and pursue teaching.
Kate loves to bring energy and power to her classes, with thoughtful sequencing that encourages personal exploration, and a blend of challenge and choice. She focuses on creating a supportive and safe space where students can cultivate self-compassion, playfulness, growth, and resilience—both on and off the mat. Kate believes that yoga has the power to transform, and she is committed to helping students grow their yoga practice and discover their utmost potential.
