A graduate of Halifax Yoga’s 200 Hour YTT Program, with further training in Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Nicole has been a practicing Student, Instructor and Workshop Facilitator in the HY Community rounding a decade now.
The interrelationship between the physical and subtle bodies, our nervous system and the medicinal power of Yoga inspires Nicole’s teaching.
Incredibly human, and a forever student of this wild gig we call life, Nicole holds space for people to come to their mat and have their own experience. Whether that be to work the physical body, nurture the soul, calm the mind, cultivate awareness or be part of a collective community.
Nicole’s personal journey and continued professional development is living proof Yoga is an agent of change and wellness.
