Ryan is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher dedicated to creating inclusive and accessible spaces on the mat. Having personally navigated the demands of corporate work culture, stress, and anxieties, Ryan discovered yoga as a powerful tool for finding balance, resilience, and a sense of peace. This transformative journey inspired a shift from the corporate world to a path of sharing yoga’s magic with others.
Ryan is rooted in compassion and understanding, informed by specialized trauma-aware training. Classes are thoughtfully designed to be welcoming for all bodies and abilities, emphasizing mindful movement, breath awareness, and a supportive environment where students can explore their practice at their own pace and ability.
